Fast paced opportunity to process, mix, stuff, and hang various sausage products. Must be trainable, team player, lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet more than 8 hours, job includes specific vision abilities, maintain high quality health & sanitation.
Customer service skills, good listening, speaking calmly, effectively & in a friendly manner and patience are necessary to all our customers.Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand long hours, keep all work areas clean, have basic mathematics skills, responsible for weighing, wrapping & pricing meat for customers.
Must be able to lift over 50 pounds, work in cold temperature setting, proficiency in knife coordination, cutting, sharpening; trainable or experience in breaking down quartered animals; assist in deer seasonal processing during training instructions, abide by all state laws and Butcherman's Gourmet Sausage policy's.
